JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort

In this leadership role, you'll wear many hats, but your focus will be on:

  • Leading our Team: Motivate, coach, and develop our team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Ensuring Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, from scheduling and inventory to food safety and hygiene.
  • Driving Profitability: Maintain a strong focus on cost control and revenue generation, ensuring we meet financial targets.
  • Creating a Memorable Guest Experience: Foster a welcoming and efficient atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more.

Assistant Manager
Food & Beverage Manager
Restaurant Manager
Venue Manager
Cafe Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS
